Working group carpenter at SCHEMBERG
On Tuesday, May 7, 2019, SCHEMBERG hosted the working group "Carpenter" with the main topic "Employer attractiveness as the key to success" in Mettingen, Germany.
Around 40 carpenters traveled to the SCHEMBERG company.
Mr. Schemberg presented to the participants the advanced state and the evolving process of digitization at SCHEMBERG.
Mr. Melchert, deputy managing director of the Chamber of Crafts Münster, subsequently presented the results of process reviews in carpentry workshops - a recipe book for lean and robust processes providing a clear guide to process optimization for the audience.
This was followed by a guided tour through the factory, during which the visitors had the opportunity to get to know the production and operating processes of the SCHEMBERG company.
After a short coffee break, the second lecture by Mr. Melchert "Employer Attractiveness and Good Leadership - How does this relate?" followed. The presentation illustrated what employer attractiveness means and how it defines itself, which tools are available and how companies can create the implementation.
After the final discussion, an all-round successful working group ended with interesting lectures, which invited to a communicative exchange.
